Onboarding Coordinatior - 3-month contract.

Overview

We are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join A Workforce & Talent Acquisition team, for our global banking client for a 3-month contract. This role supports the onboarding function across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant right‑to‑work processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR onboarding tasks with accuracy and strong customer service, including right‑to‑work verification for several countries.
  • Log and manage requests, answer queries, prepare documents, chase outstanding actions, and update systems.
  • Maintain employee records across relevant HR systems, including document storage.
  • Serve as the go‑to expert for work authorization processes, providing guidance and training to new and existing team members.
  • Ensure process documents, training materials, and workflows remain up to date and compliant.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a Shared Services or centralised HR operations environment.
  • Strong admin experience.
  • Strong knowledge of work authorization and right‑to‑work processes.
  • Background screening experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems, ideally Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and best‑practice delivery.
