Onboarding Coordinatior - 3-month contract.
Overview
We are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join A Workforce & Talent Acquisition team, for our global banking client for a 3-month contract. This role supports the onboarding function across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant right‑to‑work processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR onboarding tasks with accuracy and strong customer service, including right‑to‑work verification for several countries.
- Log and manage requests, answer queries, prepare documents, chase outstanding actions, and update systems.
- Maintain employee records across relevant HR systems, including document storage.
- Serve as the go‑to expert for work authorization processes, providing guidance and training to new and existing team members.
- Ensure process documents, training materials, and workflows remain up to date and compliant.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a Shared Services or centralised HR operations environment.
- Strong admin experience.
- Strong knowledge of work authorization and right‑to‑work processes.
- Background screening experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems, ideally Workday.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best‑practice delivery.
