Expanding its HR MI & Rewards team, our client if hiring an HR MI & Reward Analyst. Taking ownership of the Management Information across HR and Rewards.
You will be supporting the Head of Reward and HR Operations Manager and team with a research, analysis, design, and effective administration of compensation and reward projects and programs across the organisation along with management of the HR data and reporting.
- Conducting comprehensive market research into Rewards, including salary surveys to provide data driven insights to inform decision making.
- Salary bench marking to ensure competitive compensation.
- Job grading.
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to internal salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives based on market trends.
- Prepare detailed reports to present to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address compensation related enquiries such as compensation modelling.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to compensation practices.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to analyse compensation packages for new hires providing guidance & advice.
- Design, develop and maintain HR MI reports.
- Provide data and analysis to support business needs and decision making. With ability to tell a story around the analytics.
- Produce the monthly Reporting and MI for the HR team, Senior leaders and Board presentation.
We'd love to see:
- Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience in compensation modelling/budgeting and bench marking salaries.
- Understanding of core Reward process and experience across all cyclical activities is advantageous.
- Proven experience of analysing large volumes of data, identifying trends and translating into key messages.
- Excellent HR Systems & MI experience with proven experience within financial services (HiBob and or Workday a preference).
- Expert in MS suite applications Power BI, Word, Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential), PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience of delivering reports and presentations to management level audiences.
