I have a 12 month contract for and experienced HR Operations Manager to help lead a successful HR Operations team. The role will manage HR Operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional HR service as a globalised centre of excellence. This will include People Operations, HR Systems Management, process improvement and ensuring efficiencies and compliance with regulations.

  • You will have excellent leadership skills to be able to manage and develop a team of People operations professionals and implement best practice support across the business.
  • Ensure systems, processes and documentation are fit for purpose and agile to meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop and up skill the people operations team.
  • Manage key stockholders across the business including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee HR's responsibilities in ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SMCR and immigration.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience of working within a global HR Services role/HR Operations, with at least 2 years leadership experience.
  • Experience of working across multiple geographies with good Knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR) and immigration compliance.
  • Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
  • Strong data analytics and insights experience with the ability to utilise data to improve HR services.
  • High level communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate plans, projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask effectively to work on multiple projects at the same time.
