Seeking an HR Project Manager to manage people and culture change and transformation for a global business. The role will be the HR Project Management expert, working closely with the Chief People Officer. You will collaborate with HR operations & HR Business Partners to deliver strategic projects that form part of the people strategy.

Depending on the scale of projects this could mean managing multiple programmes at the same time or a sole focus on a critical programme.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scoping the project framework and plan in line with business objectives
  • Maintain drive and focus on projects to ensure they are achieved in the appropriate timeframes and are successfully embedded into the organisation
  • Monitor progress of projects highlighting risks and presenting resolutions to challenges
  • Manage resource requirements for the projects ensuring right individuals with the right skillsets are appropriately aligned to meet deadlines
  • Manage budgets for the projects monitoring expenditure and measuring ROI for the business case
  • Define measurements of success with critical trackers to ensure consistent performance
  • Ensure effective governance of the projects, reporting progress to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Adapt and adjust projects with additional activities and interventions to ensure successful delivery with benefits realisation

Skills required:

  • Experience of working within HR Project Management managing culture change and transformation projects in an organisation of scale and complexity, preferably Financial Services
  • Demonstrable HR Knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR to ensure credibility across the projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills
  • Strong project management methodology and techniques
  • A resilient problem solver and solution provider
