We're hiring an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to support a major HR Transformation Programme within our Chief Controls Office. This is a high‑impact role where you'll help shape core HR processes and drive meaningful change across the organisation.
Contract: 6months
What you'll do
✔ Represent BPM across the HR Transformation Programme
✔ Lead cross‑functional process mapping (BPMN 2.0)
✔ Contribute to target‑state HR process design
✔ Partner with 1LOD teams and programme stakeholders
✔ Work closely with Risk & Controls SMEs to strengthen frameworks
✔ Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and emerging issues
What we're looking for
🔸 Experience in 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD, risk & controls, or process remediation
🔸 Strong business analysis & process‑mapping skills (Visio/other tools)
🔸 Financial Services or Consulting background
🔸 Solid understanding of HR operations & processes
🔸 Excellent communication & stakeholder‑engagement abilities
🔸 Highly organised, detail‑driven, confident facilitator
Nice to have
Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Operating Model design experience.
