International Payroll Lead

What You'll Do

• Lead and evolve payroll operations across multiple international regions
• Drive optimisation of global payroll systems
• Manage end to end payroll and develop and implement global payroll policies and internal controls
• Contribute to global compensation and total rewards strategy
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements

Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing international payroll experience in a multinational setting
• Experience with change and transformation of Payroll
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field (CPP/CIPP preferred)
• Knowledge of payroll regulations across international regions
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
• Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects
