A global leader in financial services training, delivering learning solutions for professionals and organizations. They are seeking a high-energy, results-driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts their public courses.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, mid-level marketing role with no direct people management responsibilities. You will be the sole marketer dedicated to public courses, responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, performance analysis, and content creation. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is proactive in adopting new technologies, especially AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for public courses.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Perform A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and improve conversion rates.
- Create and manage content, including short articles, value propositions, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams for graphic design and technical support.
- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and calls-to-action to improve CRO.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, especially in AI and digital tools like ChatGPT.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2C campaign management, analytics, and content creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRO and UX principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they impact digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
- Experience in education, financial services, professional services, or corporate training is highly desirable.
