My client is a large and prestigious trading company based in London. Due to its expansion, it is now hiring a new Personal Assistant to assist the Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing and their teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join them and make the role of your own, working across two busy teams.

The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant, within financial services, looking after senior management.


  • Provide administrative assistance to the two seniors within the teams.
  • Monitoring mailboxes.
  • Arranging diaries.
  • Managing travel arrangements.
  • Track expenses.
  • Management of team events.
  • Collating industry news
  • Update the holiday calendar & leave requests.
  • Updating the spreadsheets.
  • Prepare agendas.
  • Raise purchase requests.

Skills/experience required:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant, working for senior management.
  • Experience in a trading or financial company.
  • Highly organized and can adapt to forever-changing environments.
  • Proficient in all MS Packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
