A global investment bank is seeking a PMO Analyst to support project delivery across its Markets front-office business. This role focuses on applying project governance standards, tracking risks/issues, and supporting program execution across trading desks and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support PMs with governance, tracking, and reporting across the Markets Book of Work
Help design and implement PMO processes, templates, and guidance
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
Liaise with stakeholders across Risk, Legal, Finance, and Compliance
Key Skills & Experience:
PMO/project management experience in a Markets/front-office environment
Knowledge of trading products (FICC, Equities, FX, Commodities)
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with full trade lifecycle and cross-functional project delivery
