Our client is a leading and global Fin-Tech company based in the city of London. They are hiring a proactive, friendly and efficient Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their growing business.

If you are looking for a role that isn't like a standard receptionist role and you want more responsibilities, then this is for you!

You will play a crucial role in the company, being the front face of the business; however, you will also be responsible for providing administrative duties to wider teams and being involved in events.

You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, operating during working hours from 8-4:30pm.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all guests and visitors.
  • Arranging meetings rooms.
  • Booking meetings room.
  • Arrange refreshments for all guests.
  • Receiving and sorting deliveries.
  • Arranging lunches for meetings.
  • Ordering stationary.
  • Supporting wider teams with diary management, travel and expenses (Using Concur)
  • Supporting the legal team, with legal documents.
  • Managing internal events, Christmas Parties, Summer socials, etc.
  • Manage internal and external events, town halls, etc.
  • Covering for Office Manager & EA when needed.

Skills & experience required:

  • Receptionist experience within a professional working environment.
  • Experience with diary management.
  • Friendly and warm personality.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Good experience with all MS packages, including Excel & Word.
