  • Implement automation for deployments, testing, and validation using Copado and SFDX
  • Enforce code quality, governance, and security standards within the release process
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure smooth, stable releases
  • Promote best practices in version control, release management, and rollback strategies
  • Mentor teams and build reusable DevOps playbooks

What we're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps, ideally using Copado or similar CI/CD tools
  • Proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, preferably in regulated environments
  • Solid knowledge of Git-based version control (e.g. GitHub), including branching and merge management
  • Experience with Salesforce metadata, environment management, and multi-org deployments
  • Familiarity with SFDX, automation tools, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of Apex testing, code coverage, and deployment validation
  • Knowledge of code quality, security checks, and release governance

  • Experience working in Agile teams with good communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • A proactive mindset focused on automation, continuous improvement, and best practices
