Are you an experienced HR leader ready to drive transformation in a global professional services environment? We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and key member of the leadership team, enabling people strategy and delivering impactful change based in New York.

This role is pivotal in shaping organisational design, supporting M&A activity, and leading through transformation. You'll bring a commercial mindset and the ability to elevate the strategic capability of the HR Business Partnering team.

What you'll do:

  • Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives, partnering with HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders.
  • Lead on critical areas including M&A, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Support organisational change and transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Set frameworks for cyclical HR activities and embed DE&I initiatives across all people strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and deliver measurable impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, global matrix organisation.
  • Strong exposure to M&A, organisational change, and transformation projects.
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills with the ability to operate at senior leadership level.
