Digital Tech company is seeking a dedicated Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with Facebook advertising experience and a relentless focus on hitting performance targets. The ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to learn and solve problems, lead account strategy and scale accounts.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you take the lead and full ownership of the marketing success on accounts, while our Client Services team takes ownership of the client relationship, assisting you with hitting your targets.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other paid social platforms for high-tier clients, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed their KPIs
  • Manage high-value client accounts, ensuring all campaign objectives are met or exceeded
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet client objectives, leveraging in-depth platform knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and improve campaign outcomes
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on budget allocation and targeting strategies
  • Create and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Craft high-converting copy to support ad campaigns, landing page conversion rates & video campaign performance
  • Manage a Meta/TikTok ad budget ranging between $200,000 and $400,000 per month of performance spend

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generation - This is a MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency setting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct response marketing
  • Experience managing 100K+/mo in performance spend focused on lead generation
