Senior Structural Engineer (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering team specialising in reinforced concrete and structural construction solutions.

This is a technically challenging position that combines structural design expertise, engineering consultancy, project delivery, and technical support. You will work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver innovative structural solutions for complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will act as a technical specialist, supporting customers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-level structural engineering advice to consulting engineers, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Developing technical solutions and performing structural calculations for reinforced concrete and steel construction applications

• Managing key projects from concept through design, production, and implementation

• Supporting project planning, technical reviews, and structural design development

• Assisting commercial teams with technical evaluations, product substitutions, and value-engineering solutions

• Delivering technical training sessions and engineering presentations for customers and internal teams

• Contributing to engineering process improvements and technical innovation initiatives

• Collaborating closely with production, design, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
