Talent Acquisition Administrator

Location: City of London
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic People team at a leading law firm in the City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and liaising with agencies or candidates.
  • Respond to unsuccessful direct applicants promptly and professionally.
  • Create and update job descriptions and manage job advertising.
  • Draft offer letters and send onboarding documentation to new joiners.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and support firmwide inductions.
  • Support the Early Careers Advisor with solicitor apprenticeship and graduate recruitment administration, including diary management and internal communications.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox.
  • Provide wider support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations team on ad hoc tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administrative experience in HR or recruitment is ideal.
  • Strong administration experience within professional services.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
  • A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Good stakeholder management experience.
  • Flexibility to work in the office up to 5 days per week during peak periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
