TEAM ASSISTANT/PA – CONTRACT 12 months.

Our client, a large and well-known organisation based in Sunbury & West End, is urgently recruiting a Team Assistant to support multiple VPs in one of their teams.

This position plays a crucial part in supporting Seniors VPs while providing support to the broader team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience working in large blue-chip orgaisations, be experienced as a PA/Team Assistant, and have excellent diary management skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel arrangement skills, booking hotels, arranging visas, etc.
  • Project management
  • Managing events
  • Managing and dealing with invoices
  • Preparing documentation for meetings
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting the broader team with onboarding and preparing meeting rooms.
  • All other assistant support duties.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum five years experience as a PA/Team Assistant
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives
  • Experience working within large blue-chip organisations
  • Advanced diary management skills
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience

This role will be split between two locations, Sunbury and London. The ideal candidate must be able to commute to both sites.

    A well known aviation business is seeking a permanent Business Development Manager to support the delivery of the EMEA B2B revenue income targets through proactive sales approaches.

    The Business Development Manager will:

    • Identify and close: To research, identify, approach and close new sales opportunities within the EMEA region.
    • Collaboration: To work with colleagues internally to support the presales process (pitch presentations etc).
    • New client mobilisation: To support the new client mobilisation process.
    • Tenders / RFPs (request for proposals): To search for tendering / RFP opportunities that could be of interest from a new business client perspective.
    • Conferences / trade events: To drive lead generation through attending appropriate industry conferences, trade shows, events and expositions.

    Ideal candidate:

    • Must have the ability to identify and close new business sales opportunities

    Person Specification

    • Experience working with Project Managers, Product Owners and other developers to design cohesive development solutions and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
    • Salesforce Development experience using Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud
    • Salesforce Certified Developer
    • .Net and Javascript development experience
    • Understanding of Agile development principles
    • Strong Stakeholder Management
    • Good leader of people
    • Experience with Office 365
    • Knowledge of SFDC architecture
    • Participates effectively in a team environment, including peer review and mentoring
