I'm working with a leading global financial institution that is looking to hire a BA/PM to be responsible for the delivery of critical regulatory initiatives.
Candidates should have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in financial services or related regulated industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, preferably MiFIR/MiFID, or experience with other regulatory programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing projects or workstreams, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a smaller market with a hands-on, flexible approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
