The Role
Urgent requirement for a BI Governance Analyst to join a major Financial Services organisation delivering enterprise-wide Generative BI (GenBI) capabilities.

This is a specialist role focused on ensuring the safe, scalable and well-governed adoption of GenBI and AI-powered analytics. You'll work across delivery, risk and audit teams to define standards, embed governance frameworks and establish the controls required to support enterprise-scale rollout.

If you've worked at the intersection of data governance, BI, AI and risk, this is an opportunity to shape how next-generation analytics is delivered within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and embed governance frameworks for enterprise GenBI adoption
  • Define and implement testing, assurance and release standards for GenBI solutions
  • Establish audit-ready controls and evidence capture across the delivery lifecycle
  • Develop service management and incident processes for BI and AI platforms
  • Translate governance standards into practical playbooks and delivery guidance
  • Collaborate with business, delivery, risk and audit teams to drive consistent adoption
  • Help define governance approaches for emerging AI and automation tooling

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in data, BI or AI governance, controls or assurance
  • Experience operating within enterprise governance or delivery frameworks
  • Knowledge of modern BI platforms such as Looker or Power BI
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to balance robust governance with practical delivery

Nice to have:

  • Financial Services experience
  • Exposure to Generative BI (GenBI) or AI governance
  • Experience defining testing, release or service management processes
  • Knowledge of AI quality, semantic modelling or emerging governance tooling

Deadline for applications is Thursday 6th August at 10:00am.
