A leading global financial institution is seeking a Belfast based Business Analyst to support a major regulatory change initiative focused on product governance and UK regulatory compliance within Markets.
- Strong Business Analysis experience within either Investment Banking or wider Financial Services.
- Experience delivering regulatory change initiatives (e.g. Product Governance, MiFID II, PRIIPs, Consumer Duty, or similar frameworks)
- Proven ability to deliver analysis across the full change lifecycle, from requirements through to BAU handover
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders including Business, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
