A leading global financial institution is seeking a business analyst to join their operations optimisation team, focusing on strategic initiatives across Data & Regulatory.
Candidates should have:
- Experience as a business analyst with financial services experience.
- Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance
- Experience in organisational change management and process reengineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles
- Experience in designing business process models to support strategic decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel data analysis skills
