Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager

Dublin | €58,000 circa | Permanent

I'm currently working with a leading global investment and asset management organisation that is looking to add a Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager to its Dublin team.

The role will focus on the production, review and oversight of regulatory fund documentation, working closely with international teams to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered within regulatory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and oversee the production of PRIIPs KIDs and UCITS KIIDs
  • Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time
  • Review work completed by international teams and provide quality oversight
  • Identify and resolve data or documentation issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to manage reporting requirements
  • Support continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes
  • Ensure documentation meets relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards

Key Requirements

  • 2-3+ years' experience working with PRIIPs KIDs and/or UCITS KIIDs
  • Background in regulatory reporting, fund reporting or investment/asset management
  • Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing regulatory documentation
  • Experience working with international or offshore teams
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Desirable

  • Experience with AIFMD and/or MMFR
  • Broader regulatory reporting experience
  • Experience within asset management, fund administration or financial services

Package

  • Salary: circa €58,000
  • Location: Dublin
  • Hybrid working, currently around 12 days per month in the Dublin office
  • Permanent position
