The company is also at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to strengthen both its customer proposition and internal operating model.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while helping shape the future of the organisation during a critical phase of its journey.
The Opportunity
Reporting to a senior HR leader, this role goes far beyond a traditional HRBP remit. You will operate as a strategic partner and trusted deputy, supporting large-scale organisational change, leadership development, talent initiatives and business transformation programmes.
The role combines functional business partnering responsibilities with broader EMEA influence, providing leadership and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior business leaders across a key global function
- Leading and supporting organisation design and workforce planning initiatives
- Driving talent, performance and succession strategies
- Supporting significant transformation and integration programmes
- Acting as a trusted advisor on complex and confidential people matters
- Contributing to the ongoing development and maturity of the HR function
- Supporting leadership hiring and future team build-out activities
- Managing and developing a small international team
About You
We are looking for a resilient, high-impact HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You are likely to bring:
- Significant HR Business Partner experience within technology, software or similarly dynamic sectors
- Strong expertise across organisation design, talent management, performance and leadership development
- The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in complex, changing or transformation-led environments
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to step outside traditional role boundaries when required
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in helping drive business value
Private equity experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to help shape a business at a defining point in its evolution. With substantial investment, ambitious growth plans across EMEA, significant AI-led transformation initiatives and a potential future liquidity event on the horizon, the role offers exceptional exposure, ownership and career development.
You will join a collaborative and highly capable leadership team in a business where change is welcomed, ideas are valued and impact can be seen quickly.
Location: Fully remote within the UK, with occasional travel for leadership meetings and business events. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including US stakeholders, will be required.
