One of our public sector clients requires a Backend Developer to assist with an ongoing project. You will be responsible for making upgrades to an existing application using Microsoft Azure.
Skills and experience required:
- Expert in deploying and maintaining high traffic APIs.
- Expert in investigating and diagnosing production issues in high-complexity cloud-based systems.
- Experience working on large scale, cloud-based systems.
- Can work coherently with other teams to provide code/ configuration fixes.
- Up to date with current development methodologies and tools.
- Experience monitoring cloud-based APIs, websites, and messaging queues.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET core application.
Knowledge of the following is also essential:
Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, C# .Net Core, ASP.NET Core, Redis Cache, React, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, Agile Scrum, Azure Service Bus , Azure Cloud, Azure Active Directory B2C, Bicep, Microsoft Identity Platform.
This is a 12month contract working hybrid from the London office. You are required to be on-site 2days per week. Competitive day rate (inside ir35).
